My path is the result of powerful intentions, woven into existence by generations of Ancestors whose resilience and wisdom continue to guide me.

I find deep fulfillment in working with Herbs and sacred Plant allies. My approach is informed by ongoing immersion in Internal Family Systems, true embodiment, Ancestral teachings, and Plant diets held within the Amazonian Shipibo-Konibo lineage. I also learn from the natural intelligence of the Bird, Bee, and Tree beings, integrating these relationships through an embodied, trauma-informed lens.

I am currently completing my final year at Bastyr University, refining my focus on Herbal and Physical Medicine, Pelvic Floor Therapy, Women’s Health and Nervous System support. These practical tools reconnect you with your body’s innate wisdom, which I will continue to deepen in my future practice as a Naturopathic Doctor.

This work is a living practice of learning, transformation, and devotion to liberation and generational karmic resolution. I’m honored to walk this path beside you.
