My path is the result of powerful intentions, woven into existence by generations of Ancestors whose resilience and wisdom guide me. Through my dedication and Their unwavering support, I offer grounded, practical guidance—rooted in truth, integrity, and alignment—to support you navigating your own healing with clarity and strength.

I find deep fulfillment in working with Herbs and sacred Plant allies. My approach is informed by my on-going immersion in Internal Family Systems, somatic healing, Ancestral teachings, the Amazonian Shipibo-Konibo lineage, and the natural intelligence of the Bird, Bee, and Tree beings through an embodied, trauma-informed approach. My work is a continuous practice of learning, transformation, and devotion to healing and living.

I am completing my final year at Bastyr University, honing my focus on Herbal and Physical medicine, Pelvic floor therapy, Women's health, Biofeedback and Nervous system support—practical tools that reconnect you with your body’s innate wisdom. Through this work, I aim to help you remove barriers to deep, sustainable self-care and will continue to do so in my future practice as a Naturopathic Doctor.
